  • The loan of a high-chair and pack-and-play for your little one’s comfort/your packing convenience.
  • Fresh linen (including beach and bath towels) whenever needed

Included for stays of 4+ nights and guests paying regular full-occupancy rates for 6 persons:

  • Private airport transfers with Meet & Greet at Mahi Mahi Suite
  • A light entertainment or breakfast pack available by request for our late arrivals
  • A complimentary trip to the grocery store to stock up in advance or the morning after your arrival

The prices do not include:

  • Bank charges and PayPal charges.
  • Breakages which must be paid for before departure
  • Additional domestic requirements, e.g. shopping, cooking
  • Optional services and tours arranged with the manager

Payment

Bookings are confirmed on payment of a 30% deposit by credit card, PayPal or via bank transfer. The balance is payable by transfer or by c.c./PayPal 6 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation

Cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of US$100 plus loss of all deposits paid if the cancellation is made less than 60 days before the reserved arrival date. We strongly recommend you check that cancellation is included in your holiday insurance package.

  • Daily housekeeping services (except Sunday & Public Holidays)
  • High speed internet access and cable TV
  • Local outgoing and all incoming calls on landline
  • Daily contact from Property Manager (except Sundays and
    Public Holidays)
  • Linen, bedding and towels for bath and beach
  • Highchair and cot available on request with no extra charge
  • Hairdryers in all 3 bathrooms

The prices do not include:

  • Breakages, which must be paid for before departure
  • Bank charges
  • Gratuities

  • Basic Grocery shopping for your arrival for stays of 5 nights or more

Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon payment of a 50% deposit by bank transfer, PayPal or Credit Card. Balance is payable 30 days before arrival, unless booking is within 6 weeks of arrival, in which case payment must be made in full.

Cancellation

Refunds on cancellation are subject to the amount of notice (weeks) given between formal cancellation and the expected date of arrival, as follows:

  • 8 weeks or more: full refund of deposit, less any bank/paypal/credit charges incurred by us when accepting and/or refunding payment.
  • 4-8 weeks before arrival: loss of deposit.
  • 2-4 weeks before arrival: refund of 25% of rental, less any bank/PayPal/credit card charges incurred by us when accepting and/or refunding payment.
  • Less than 2 weeks notice: loss of all rental.
