Minimum Bookings

We accept bookings of 7 nights or more.

Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon payment of a 50% deposit by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card. The balance is payable 30 days before arrival. If the booking is within 6 weeks of arrival, full payment is required when booking.

Cancellation

Refunds on cancellation are subject to the amount of notice (weeks) given between formal cancellation and the expected date of arrival, as follows:

  • 8 weeks or more: full refund of deposit, less any bank/PayPal/credit charges incurred by us when accepting and/or refunding payment.
  • 4-8 weeks before arrival: loss of deposit.
  • 2-4 weeks before arrival: refund of 25% of rental costs paid, less any bank, PayPal or credit card charges.
  • Less than 2 weeks: loss of all charges.

Cancellation

Cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of US$100 plus loss of all deposits paid if the cancellation is made less than 60 days before the reserved arrival date. We strongly recommend you check that cancellation is included in your holiday insurance package.
